Job Description
Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure seamless execution of events, activations, Hotels rooms reservation ,sponsorships and overall operations
Oversee budgets and ensure cost effective planning
• Coordinate with external vendors and agencies to ensure high-quality deliverables
Ensure that all events executed comply with company requirements and regulations.
Make sure the program of events occurs as scheduled, for example, on-time speeches and the serving of food and catering , installation of displays , etc
Review event bills for accuracy, and follow up with finance department to ensure payment done on time
Arrange for photography of Company inside and outside events and training programs
Responsible to bring the giveaways materials for internal team and external clients
Job Requirements
- Proven work experience as a Senior Executive Assistant, Executive Administrative Assistant or similar role.
- Knowledge of office procedures.
- From 4 To 7 Years OF Experience.
- Solid experience with office management systems, ERPs and MS Office.
- Familiarity with online calendars and cloud systems.
- Experience using office equipment, including printers and fax machines.
- Strong communication skills (via phone, email and in-person).
- Experience exercising discretion and confidentiality with sensitive company information.
- Excellent organizational skills with an ability to think proactively and prioritize work.
- High school degree; additional qualifications as Personal Assistant or Secretary are a plus.
