As a Senior Graphic Designer at House of Watt, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the visual direction of diverse projects. You will bring creative ideas to life, from concept to execution, for a wide array of clients. This position demands a blend of creativity, collaboration, and leadership. You'll work closely with our creative team to deliver designs that are not only visually stunning but also strategically aligned with our clients' goals.
Responsibilities:
- Lead graphic design projects, ensuring they meet client objectives and House of Watt's standards of excellence.
- Develop and execute design concepts for branding, marketing collateral, digital campaigns, web and mobile interfaces, and more.
- Collaborate with the creative team, including designers, copywriters, and project managers, to produce cohesive and innovative design solutions.
- Present and justify concepts to stakeholders, incorporating feedback to refine designs.
- Stay abreast of the latest design trends and techniques, incorporating them into projects and sharing knowledge with the team.
- Mentor junior designers, providing guidance and feedback to help them grow their skills.
Job Requirements
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of professional design experience, with a portfolio showcasing a wide range of projects.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and familiarity with web design tools.
- Strong conceptual and visual communication skills, with an exceptional eye for detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
