Job Description

  1. Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and lead generation.
  2. Conduct market research to identify target audience demographics, preferences, and behavior patterns.
  3. Plan and execute online marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including search engine optimization (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
  4. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess campaign performance, identify areas for improvement, and optimize marketing efforts.
  5. Manage and optimize website content, landing pages, and user experience to improve conversion rates and user engagement.
  6. Collaborate with internal teams, such as graphic designers, content writers, and web developers, to create compelling digital assets and ensure consistent brand messaging.
  7. Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging digital marketing tools, and best practices to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.
  8. Conduct A/B testing and implement data-driven optimization strategies to improve campaign effectiveness and ROI.
  9. Track and report on digital marketing campaign performance using analytics tools, presenting insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
  10. Stay informed about digital marketing regulations and ensure compliance with data protection and privacy laws.

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in a similar industry.
  3. In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, tools, and techniques, such as SEO, PPC, social media management, email marketing, and content marketing.
  4. Proficiency in using digital marketing analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, to track and measure campaign performance.
  5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content for various digital platforms.
  6. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven mindset.
  7. Creativity and ability to think outside the box to develop innovative marketing strategies.
  8. Familiarity with web design principles and basic HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus.
  9. Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  10. Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and emerging digital marketing tools.
