Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize and schedule company meetings in the office, off-site, and via videoconference.
- Attend meetings and take notes of discussion; prepare the initial draft of minutes and summaries/ Send assigned tasks to each employee by email & follow up on tasks if needed.
- organizing catering when necessary for group meetings.
- Coordinate work with other staff as needed; play a key role in the coordination of staff efforts both within and outside the department.
- Schedule departmental meetings: assist in taking minutes of the meetings and prepare/ distribute minutes to assigned persons & follow up on tasks.
· Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
- Handle printing, mail, copying, filing, and email/messages.
- Maintain filing system, contact database, employee list.
- Book travel arrangements if needed.
· Provide general support to visitors.
· Prepare Power Point presentations when needed.
Job Requirements
· Current: BA: English Department/ Faculty of Commerce.
· Minimum of 2+ years relevant experience in a well-structured organization.
· Excellent written, verbal, and non-verbal communication skills in Arabic and English.
· Proficiency with applications such as word, Excel.
· Excellent PowerPoint presentation preparation.
· Excellent typing skills, speed, and accuracy essential.
· Excellent organizational skills.
· Proven ability to work under pressure and to meet tight deadlines.
· Well presented.
· Flexible and mature approach with ability to work unsupervised.
