Job Description

  • Prepare shipping documents (like invoices, purchase orders and bills of lading)
  • Manage professional and personal scheduling for CEO, including agendas, email, calls, client management, and other company logistics.
  • Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms.
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
  • Prepare developing internal processes, filing systems and ability to coordinate multiple projects at once.
  • Update and maintain office policies and procedures.
  • Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
  • Maintain contact lists.
  • Submit and reconcile expense reports.
  • Follow-up on administrative tasks and timely submissions of documents.
  • Data Entry.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Good command of Microsoft Office (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook etc.) skills.
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
  • additional qualification as an administrative assistant or (Secretary will be a plus)
  • 2-3 years Admin working experience is preferred.
  • Proficiency in English and Arabic typing
