Job Description

As a Business Development Manager at Saudisoft, You will drive new business development from acquiring New customers and/or leading business growth within an assigned portfolio of existing customers.

Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to identify and target potential Enterprise customers within the targeted markets/ regions/ Industries. 
New Business Acquisition: Proactively seek out new business opportunities and lead the full sales cycle, from initial prospecting to closing deals. 
Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. 
Market Research: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitors, and potential market shifts to position Saudisoft as a market leader. 
Collaboration: Collaborate closely with our marketing and operations teams to align sales efforts with overall company objectives. 
Sales Reporting: Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, pipeline status, and key performance indicators. 
Networking: Attend relevant industry events, conferences, and trade shows to expand your professional network and represent Saudisoft in the localization community. 

Job Requirements

  • Experience in Localization Industry is Preferable. 
    Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role
  • Proven sales track record
  • Experience in customer support is a plus
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)
  • Proficiency in English
  • Market knowledge
  • Communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to Travel aboard. 
  • Time management and planning skills
  • BSc/BA in business administration, sales or relevant field
