Job Description
- Issue – Reissue – Change - Refund airline tickets.
- Confirm and modify flight reservations.
- Confirm and modify hotel reservation.
- Prepare and locate records and information for customers and colleagues.
- Ensure that colleagues and customers follow proper procedures.
- Dealing directly with customers either through phone.
- Keep records and information.
- Follow-up the Ques on Amadeus at least 5 times daily.
- Handle emergency requests 24 hours.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints.
- Follow up on clients when necessary.
Job Requirements
- Excellent Communication Skills.
- Males & Females Can Apply.
- Good in written and spoken English.
- Knowledge of travel industry terminology and good grasp of geographical flight routes/airports
- females are preferred.
