Job Description
- Handling reception area (welcoming visitors – manage interview task with HR team)
- Sending shipments by Aramex system and filling them
- Receive any shipments from any courier’s agency and filling them
- Manage all events and trainings and order the event's amenities
- Follow up on outsource companies housekeeping and follow up the daily works
- Follow up on office monthly orders (buffet supplies, cleaning supplies, paper etc.)
Job Requirements
- 1 Year of Experience
- Fluent English
- Has computer skills like (Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
