Job Description

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries through live chat, phone, and social media channels

 • Understand customers' needs, preferences, and pain points to provide personalized assistance and support

 • Collaborate with the sales team to provide pre-sales support to potential customers, guiding them through the platform and explaining the services offered and the benefits and features of the platform 

• Help customers navigate the process of listing their cars for sale or finding suitable vehicles to purchase, offering guidance and troubleshooting assistance when needed 

• Coordinate and schedule vehicle inspections for customers who wish to sell their cars through the platform • Monitor and moderate content on all social media platforms, including comments, messages, and reviews

 • Foster positive relationships with customers by actively engaging with them on social media and responding to their comments and messages 

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement customer-centric improvements and optimize the overall service quality

Job Requirements

  • 0 - 2 years of experience in the social media moderation, customer service, customer care, sales support or a related field (Fresh graduates who are only interested in starting their career in this field are welcome to apply) 
  • Familiarity with the automotive market is advantageous
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
  • Proficiency in using CRM software, customer support platforms, social media moderation and other digital tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address customer issues and find suitable solutions
  • Effective prioritization and time management skills to handle multiple customer requests and meet deadlines
  • A team player who can collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as sales, operations, and technical support, to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Very Good English Language Skills - Spoken and Written
