Job Description
- Conduct on-site investigations at SME premises, following established protocols and safety procedures.
- Interview employees, owners, managers, and other relevant parties to gather information and evidence.
- Analyze financial records, contracts, and other documents to identify any discrepancies or irregularities.
- Prepare detailed reports outlining findings, conclusions, and recommendations for further action.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records of all investigation activities.
- Stay informed about relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices related to SMEs.
- Build relationships and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including law enforcement agencies if necessary.
- May testify in court or legal proceedings if required.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in SME Field investigation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong understanding of financial markets and regulations.
