What do we expect from you:
Key responsibilities:
• Comparing actual production with drawings on different production stages and after manufacturing completion.
• Checking 100% of the parts dimensions and vending quality.
• Accompanying 3rd party inspectors in quality assurances visits.
• Providing feedback to production engineer on visual and dimensions issues.
• Reviewing aviation and motorization projects quality execution separate
• Creating inspections test report for sand filter and compacts station and steel tanks.
• Testing all equipment and ensuring computability to standards.
• Receiving materials technically before storeroom.
• Crates quality control plan for the workshop production.
• Creating ASME standard file for the workshop production.
• Creates all Qc reports or different aspects.
• Attending all audits and ensuring satisfactory scores.
• Managing site wide quality observations.
Job Requirements
What do you need to perform your role:
To perform your job successfully, you need to have the following minimum requirements:
Education and experience:
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical production engineering
- Proficiency in English languages.
- 1-3 Years of experience
- Experience at steel works is Preferred.
Skills and knowledge:
- Good command of both written and spoken English language
- Communication and leadership skills
- Can read DWG
- Basic knowledge about steel structure, piping and steel works
- Knowing standard codes
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills.
- Naturally collaborative and able to quickly build effective working relationships and influence across the organization.
