Job Description
- Book transportation and hotel reservations, tours, and handles all visa arrangements.
- Telephone customer to advise of any changes with travel conveyance or to confirm a reservation.
- Follows up on waiting list reservations & pending travel procedures with clients/accounts.
- Plan, describe, arrange, and sell itinerary tour packages and promotional travel incentives offered by the company.
- Print or request transportation carrier tickets, using a computer printer system or system link to travel carrier.
- Handle clients' Technical problems.
- Adhere to all operating, quality and security procedures

Educational Background
- B.Sc. in Tourism Studies
Gender:
- Males & Females
Language Skills
- Fluent in a Foreign Language especially English/French
- Another language is an asset.
Computer Skills
- General knowledge of Travel Operation.
Other Required Skills & Abilities
- Communication skills, Organizations skills, Interpersonal skills
- Experience in issuing travel Insurance policies, Hotel booking through GDS systems.
- Wide Travel knowledge.
