Job Description
Manage online and phone reservations.- Inform customers about payment methods and verify their credit card data.
- Register guests collecting necessary information.
- Welcome guests upon their arrival.
- Provide information .
- Respond to clients’ complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain membership sales and retention programs to meet or exceed membership financial goals.
- Perform Membership sale closing procedures including application & contract.
Job Requirements
- Work experience as a Front Desk Agent, Receptionist or similar role.
