Job Description
- Responsible for accurate sampling of water samples, raw materials, and packaging materials according to QC Specifications.
- Responsible to perform all physical and chemical checks on Raw Materials and packaging materials according to QC specifications.
- Responsible for reporting any non-conformity results and conducting the appropriate corrective action.
- Prepare and write the relevant quality control documents as specifications, analytical monographs, sampling processes and technical instructions.
- Perform routine analysis of Raw materials as active and inactive materials.
- Perform routine inspection of packaging materials.
- Prepare reagents, test solutions and volumetric solutions.
- Receipt, handling and storage of reference substances.
- Perform chemical analysis for all water system samples.
- Implement GMP and GLP standards in the laboratory.
- Obey Safety measures in the lab.
- Monitoring of temperature in Chemistry Lab.
- Check the cleaning process of the lab that performed by Laboratory worker.
- Performing system suitability tests and recording the data.
- Operation, cleaning and calibration of all lab instruments.
- Handing, receipt, storage, retention and / or disposal of test items.
- Handling & transport of lab equipment during all the activities.
- Calibration of all equipment used in Quality Control Lab.
- Ensure the validity of test results.
- Documentation of MOA, Specs & Worksheet.
- Responsible for Analysis primary and secondary packaging materials & comparison with approved artwork.
- Responsible for issuing a QC Purchase Request (PR)
