Job Description
Responsibilities:
1. Work with colleagues in product management and in departments supporting Tecnogroup operations to identify key performance indicators (KPIs). Build reporting tools based on those KPIs.
2. Monitor KPIs to ensure that we are meeting internal and external customers’ order requirements.
3. Capture any service/process failures and work with the appropriate parties to resolve issues.
4. Document the failure point, root cause, and corrective/preventive action associated with all service/process failures.
5. Provide reports to quality management, senior leadership, and departments supporting Tecnogroup operations that show performance trends and the details behind those trends.
6. Monitor Tecnogroup teams that implement solutions that drive optimization and mitigate failures that bring risk to Tecnogroup operations.
7. Support the Quality management and operations team with their projects by – gathering data they need to make informed decisions.
8. Provide input to solution designs and provide a peer review of documents before they are published.
9. Prepare, Schedule, and implement the annual internal and external audits.
10. Develop and provide employee training in Quality Assurance, quality standards, and internal Auditing.
11. Record, analyze, investigate, and report on customer complaints and returns.
12. Develop, recommend, and monitor corrective and preventive actions.
13. Participate in modifying, adding, or deleting document management systems.
14. Prepare, schedule, and record the management review meetings.
15. Follow all Quality Assurance/Quality Control procedures and submit detailed reports to appropriate executives.
16. Participation with the HSE Team in implementing ISO 45001 and ISO 14001.
17. Follow up on the implementation of the organization's main goals and plans.
18. Collect, compile, and present statistical quality data.
19. Track and report the progress of teams' activities, orally and in writing, continuously.
20. Maintain the focus of the organization on opportunities for improvement.
Job Requirements
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or education equivalent to 4 years of certification in engineering/science education is a plus.
2. Minimum 2 years' experience in a quality management systems, (e.g., ISO 9001).
3. Familiarity with relevant industry standards and codes (e.g., API, ASME).
4. Knowledge of environmental, health, and safety regulations.
5. PowerPoint, Excel, and Google Sheets proficiency to create reports and presentations that effectively narrate our Tecnogroup Management performance in a way that is easily understood while having the details if needed to back up the narrative.
6. Some travel is required.
