Job Description
A senior Graphic Designer is required to join our team in White Balance Studio
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the design process for various projects including branding, digital assets, and motion graphics designs.
- Develop creative and innovative design solutions that effectively communicate our brand message and meet client requirements.
- Collaborate closely with the teams including marketing, product development, and Animators to understand project objectives and deliver designs that exceed expectations.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers, fostering their growth and development within the team.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Proven experience with a strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects.
- Expert proficiency in graphic software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Excellent understanding the motion graphics pipeline and files delivered to the Animators and motion artists.
- Strong creative thinking skills with the ability to translate ideas into visually appealing designs.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
