Job Description
Media buyer responsibilities include conducting a full lifecycle analysis to include requirements,
activities, and results. Media buyers will develop campaigns, analysis, and reporting capabilities.
He/She will also monitor performance and quality control plans to identify improvements.
Duties:
- Update all clients' spending on all platforms daily.
- Generate monthly media buying plans and recommendations.
- Optimize active campaigns daily and suggest solutions to improve active campaigns’
performance. - Generate spending and results reports when requested.
- Organize and document tasks using the company’s workflow system.
Responsibilities
- Manage advertising campaigns on Google, Google Marketing Platform, and all social
media platforms. - Optimize live campaigns to achieve the desired KPI for each.
- Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques, and provide ongoing reports.
- Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics, and other
strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality - Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases/data
systems - Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.
- Filter and “clean” data by reviewing computer reports, and performance indicators to
locate and correct discrepancies. - Work with management to prioritize business and information needs.
- Locate and define new improvement opportunities.
- Visualize data using Google Data Studio, Tableau, or any other tool.
- Maintain live integrations with data sources to ensure report accuracy.
Job Requirements
- Proven work experience as a media buyer.
- Hands on experience using all Social Media platforms, Google Ads, Google Tag Manager,
- Familiarity with web development and tracking.
- Excellent mathematical skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- BSc degree in Marketing or relevant field
