| | - Create and follow-up on the preventive maintenance plan for all hardware and network devices to prevent any IT shutdown.
- Schedule and follow-up on all IT projects as approved by concerned management to ensure proper implementation.
- Review the stock reports, approve the IT Department Purchasing Request (Department Purchase Request) and decide regarding any purchase order pertaining to the IT stock.
- Follow-up with Egypt business Units concerned dept. re the issuance of Purchase Orders to ensure a proper stock management.
- Check the received good to ensure compliance with the PO and invoice.
- Prepare and amend the IT procedures in order to ensure alignment with Egypt business Units standards and certification requirements.
- Meet with Egypt Business Unit Head Of Department and prepare a consolidated report for Egypt IT Manager to be able to develop the business plan.
- Coach all new employees (within any business unit) on system usage and IT regulations and policies to ensure proper induction program.
- Monitor the links (internet and VPN) and coordinate with concerned Internet Service Providers (ISP) and INDEVCO IT Head Office to solve any connection problem.
- Develop and monitor the phone calls billing system reports pertaining to all Egypt Business Units, highlight any abuse and align the concerned management accordingly to take corrective action.
- Review the internet usage reports pertaining to all Egypt Business units, highlight any abuse and align the concerned management accordingly to take corrective action.
- Support Egypt IT Manager in setting the yearly IT Hardware standardization for all Egypt Business units to ensure cost cutting, cross training and troubleshooting effectiveness.
