Job Description
- Following the production order , sales order and the customers requirements
- Handle and process the vessels bookings with the shipping lines / forwarders and to proceed shipping with the lowest shipping cost
- Review all updates of custom regulations of exportation and act accordingly.
- Review and confirm all shipping requirements prior shipping to insure it is in compatibility with custom regulations.
- Review shipping dates and report exceptions.
- Follow up on shipping operations.
- Follow of shipping documents as the customers requirements
- To be sure that Documents of exported shipments to ensure that they are in compliance with customs rules and regulations.
- Keep tracking the containers of each shipment till the final destinations
- Create reports of shipments and keep them updated.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or Business Administration.
- Solid background in logistics issues, importing and freight forwarding processes.
- Other Skills : Very good computer user, able to issue reports on Excel sheets
- Age range:25 -35 year old
- Gender :Male Only
- Perfect computer soft skills.
- Perfect communication & coordination skills. Reporting to the Logistics Manager.
- Can handle many tasks at the same time.
- Excellent skills dealing with different departments
- Very good knowledge of English (written and spoken), ideally with Arabic knowledge
