Responsibilities:

• Analyze financial statements (income statement, balance sheet, cash flow statement) to assess the company's financial performance, profitability, liquidity, and solvency.
• Conduct financial modeling and forecasting to project future revenue, expenses, and cash flow.
• Research and analyze market trends, competitor data, and economic indicators to identify potential risks and opportunities.
• Prepare financial reports and presentations for management, clearly communicating complex financial information.
• Support the budgeting process by analyzing historical data and industry trends to create realistic and achievable financial projections.
• Participate in the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures.
• Perform variance analysis to identify and investigate significant deviations from budget or forecasts.
• Assist with mergers and acquisitions (M&A) activities by conducting financial due diligence.
• Maintain strong relationships with other departments (e.g., Sales, Operations) to understand their financial needs and provide relevant insights.
• Stay up-to-date on relevant financial regulations and accounting standards.
