Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Lawyer with a background in real estate, litigation, and corporate law to join our legal team. As a Lawyer in our organization, you will play a pivotal role in providing comprehensive legal expertise and representation in matters related to real estate transactions, litigation cases, and corporate affairs.
Responsibilities:
- Provide expert legal counsel and guidance on all aspects of real estate transactions, including acquisitions, sales, leases, and contracts.
- Review, draft, and negotiate agreements, leases, and other legal documents related to real estate transactions.
- Conduct comprehensive due diligence and title searches to identify potential legal issues and assess risks.
- Serve as a lead attorney in complex litigation matters, including disputes, claims, and lawsuits.
- Represent the organization in court proceedings, arbitrations, and mediations.
- Collaborate with external counsel and manage relationships with legal service providers.
- Provide legal guidance and support on corporate governance matters, including drafting and reviewing corporate documents, contracts, and agreements.
- Assist in mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate transactions, conducting due diligence and advising on legal implications.
- Ensure compliance with corporate laws, regulations, and reporting requirements.
- Advise on corporate structuring, corporate governance best practices, and legal risks associated with business decisions.
- Provide strategic legal advice and guidance to internal stakeholders, including management, departments, and teams, on legal matters related to real estate, litigation, and corporate affairs.
- Assess and mitigate legal risks associated with transactions, litigation cases, and corporate operations.
- Ensure legal compliance across the organization and advise on legal implications of business decisions.
- Review, negotiate, and manage contracts, agreements, and other legal documents related to real estate transactions, litigation cases, and corporate matters.
- Monitor compliance with contractual obligations and handle contract disputes, if any.
Job Requirements
- Education: Licentiate of Law degree.
- Admission to the bar association.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a lawyer, with a strong focus on real estate and litigation.
- Demonstrated experience in handling real estate transactions and litigations, including drafting legal documents and representing clients in court.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work effectively under pressure.
