Job Description

We are a healthcare company looking for a reliable Chief Financial Officer who will analyze everyday financial activities and subsequently provide advice and guidance to upper management on future financial plans.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the company’s financial planning
  • Perform risk management by analyzing the organization’s liabilities and investments
  • Decide on investment strategies by considering cash and liquidity risks
  • Control and evaluate the organization’s fundraising plans and capital structure
  • Ensure cash flow is appropriate for the organization’s operations
  • Supervise all finance personnel (controllers, treasurers, etc.)
  • Manage vendor relationships
  • Prepare reliable current and forecasting reports
  • Set up and oversee the company’s financial IT system
  • Ensure compliance with the law and company’s policies

Job Requirements

  • BSc/BA in Accounting, Finance, or a relevant field
  • CPA, MSc/MBA Holder
  • 25+ years of experience (10+ years of experience in similar role)
  • Solid Knowledge of all aspects of Finance and Accounting including cost analysis and accounting, bank reconciliation and bookkeeping, financial statements, financial analysis and reporting, treasury and cash flow management, financial controls, and investments
  • Hands-on experience with budgeting
  • Hands-on experience in implementing financial control and risk management systems
  • Proficient in the use of MS Office and financial management software (e.g. Oracle NetSuite)
  • Experience in US tax management is a plus
  • Experience in consolidated financial statements is a plus
  • Solid experience and skills acting as a senior business partner, dealing and collaborating with the GM and senior management.
  • Strategic thinking and analytical skills with good judgment and the ability to assess complex situations and risks.
  • In-depth knowledge of corporate financial law and risk management practices
  • Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods
  • Proficient in the use of MS Office and financial management software (e.g. SAP)
  • Ability to strategize and solve problems
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Experience in the Healthcare industry is a plus
