Job Description
- Accountable for the planning and execution of lead generation practices by the Business Development team.
- Development of new business in core channels and market segments with consideration for new prospective channels or business segments.
- Responsible for revenue targets.
- Establish and maintain constructive business relationships with clients.
- Co-ordinate appropriate product implementation based upon account strategies.
- Work with limited direction, usually within a complex and often ambiguous environment.
- Expanding the penetration of existing emerging services within current and new accounts
- Identify new business development opportunities and take accountability for and manage the project evaluation of these.
- Act as a point of contact within the department during the periods of implementation of new processes and services as projects are handed over to the Training Teams.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in business administration or equivalent.
- 10 years of experience in Sales or Business Development.
- Experience in Corporate sales.
- Experience in leading teams remotely.
- Great Leadership, Negotiation and Closing deals Skills.
- Experience in team training and orientation.
- Expand the network of clients on strategic and business level.
- Work closely with other cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
- Experience in dealing with C level in multinational companies.
