Role Description

Our company is seeking a talented Full-Time On-Site Telesales Representative to undertake Sales projects for the benefit of our company. You will contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts and go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales.

The ideal candidate will be passionate for the “art” of sales and will have an abundance of ideas for building efficient strategies. He/she must bring forth a strong arsenal of techniques and methods to promote our products, services.

The goal is to reach out to the market and cultivate the customer’s interest in our products and services in ways that strengthen our reputation and facilitate our continuous growth.

Responsibilities

  • Ability to make cold calls and hot calls.
  • Ability to search for campaign that need our services in Saudi market, ability to learn it.
  • Ability to achieve the monthly target.
  • Ability to handling all client’s technical problems.
  • Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts.
  • Conduct an online meeting and explain the system and available services.
  • Answer questions about products or the company.
  • Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.
  • Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed.
  • Enter and update customer information in the database.
  • Take and process orders in an accurate manner.
  • Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation.
  • Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
  • Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information.

Job Requirements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or related field.
  • Ability to make cold calls and hot calls.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, capable of explaining intricate concepts clearly and persuasively and problem solving.
  • 1:3 Years Proven experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service role.
  • Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone.
  • Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software), telephone systems, and virtual communication tools.
  • Knowledge of ERP System or selling lines or communications.
  • Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects.
  • Excellent knowledge of English.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection.
  • Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.
  • Good Knowledge of Saudi markets.
  • Good English skills is a must.
  • Good Computer skills is a must. 

Working Conditions

  • This role is office-based at our headquarter is located in Maadi.
  • Fixed working hours from 8;30 am to 5 pm, 2 days off Friday and Saturday.
