Job Description

As a Performance Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing effective digital marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. The ideal candidate is a data-driven professional with a strong understanding of various digital channels, analytics, and optimization strategies. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and maximize return on investment (ROI).

Responsibilities:

Strategy and Planning:

Develop and execute comprehensive performance marketing strategies to meet business objectives.
Collaborate with key stakeholders to define target audiences, goals, and KPIs.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
Campaign Management:

Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel digital marketing campaigns, including but not limited to paid search, display advertising, social media, email marketing, and affiliate marketing.
Utilize various platforms and tools to implement campaigns, ensuring alignment with the overall marketing strategy.
Analytics and Reporting:

Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools.
Provide regular performance reports with insights, recommendations, and actionable data.
Use data-driven insights to refine and optimize campaigns for maximum efficiency and effectiveness.
Budget Management:

Develop and manage budgets for performance marketing campaigns.
Monitor spending and ensure campaigns are within budget constraints while maximizing ROI.
Testing and Optimization:

Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to optimize campaign performance.
Continuously identify opportunities for improvement and implement strategies to enhance results.
Collaboration:

Work closely with internal teams, including creative, content, and product teams, to ensure cohesive and integrated marketing efforts.
Collaborate with external partners, agencies, and vendors to enhance campaign performance.
Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO):

Identify areas for improvement in the customer journey and implement CRO strategies to enhance conversion rates.
Compliance and Best Practices:

Stay informed about industry regulations and best practices related to performance marketing.
Ensure that all campaigns comply with relevant regulations and ethical standards.
Qualifications:

Job Requirements

  • Saudi Arabia market background is a MUST
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Have strong experience in managing paid campaigns on different channels like Snapchat, Google Ads, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, Native Ads,
  • Proven experience as a Performance Marketing Manager or in a similar role.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency with analytics tools.
  • In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels and best practices.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
