Job Description
- Register courses for all students and update them according to their registration and graduation functions.
- Prepare and update registration and graduation batches lists.
- Issue students’ certificates, transcripts and enrollment letters.
- Responsible for the coordination, evaluation and certification of all graduation applications, while overseeing the complete graduation process.
- Process the change of major requests.
- Implement course substitution, drop/ add and repeat requests for the students.
- Implementing and enforcing the business school academic regulations and policies
- Record/Send grades and changes as reported by the business schools.
- Prepare statistical lists to senior management (students on hold, registration statistics etc.…).
Job Requirements
- Excellent / Fluent Level of English
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or any related field.
- At least Three years of experience in related educational fields.
- Proficient use of Word, Excel, Access, Email, and/or other similar software applications.
- Experience using a student information system and/or another type of database
- Highly detail-oriented, and able to manage a large volume of information with accuracy and precision.
- Highly organized, and able to manage multiple tasks and timelines simultaneously.
- Strong oral and written communication skills with strong conflict and problem-resolution skills
- Demonstrate accurate data entry skills through attention to detail.
- Have strong analytical skills, and be able to analyze data in order to extract reports and insights.
