Lead end-to-end machine learning projects in Computer Vision and NLP, from problem definition to model deployment.
Conduct advanced research to stay at the forefront of developments in Computer Vision and NLP, bringing cutting-edge techniques to our projects.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business challenges and develop innovative data-driven solutions.
Mentor and guide junior data scientists, providing technical leadership and fostering a culture of continuous learning.
Develop and implement state-of-the-art machine learning models, ensuring scalability, efficiency, and robustness.
Engage in strategic planning to align data science initiatives with organizational goals.
Collaborate with engineers to integrate machine learning models into production systems.

Proven experience (4+ years) in developing and deploying machine learning models, with a focus on Computer Vision and NLP.
Experience deploying machine learning models into production.
Experience with deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and NLP libraries (NLTK, SpaCy).
Expertise in programming languages such as Python, C++ or R.
Great design and problem-solving skills, passion for quality and engineering excellence at scale.
Strong understanding of deep learning architectures and frameworks.
Demonstrated success in leading and delivering complex data science projects.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Expertise in the state-of-the-art DL models (transformers, Vision Transformers, GPT models, etc)
Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Masters in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Statistics, or Data Science is a plus
