Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Food Science, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.

Proven track record of success in senior leadership roles, with experience in managing multi-functional teams and driving business results.
Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze market trends, identify growth opportunities, and make data-driven decisions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence key stakeholders.
Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to leadership, capable of balancing long-term vision with day-to-day operational priorities.
