Job Description

  • Develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives to drive business growth and achieve revenue targets.
  • Oversee all aspects of production, including sourcing of raw materials, manufacturing processes, quality control, and packaging.
  • Lead sales and marketing efforts to expand market reach and increase market share for our frozen fruit products.
  • Manage financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, to ensure financial stability and profitability.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders to support business objectives.
  • Provide leadership and direction to cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and regulatory requirements to anticipate challenges and opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, and promote sustainable practices throughout the organization.
  • Represent the company in industry events, trade shows, and other networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility and reputation.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Food Science, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in the food industry, with a focus on frozen fruit products.
  • Proven track record of success in senior leadership roles, with experience in managing multi-functional teams and driving business results.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze market trends, identify growth opportunities, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence key stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to leadership, capable of balancing long-term vision with day-to-day operational priorities.
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate complex business challenges and adapt to changing market conditions.
  • Knowledge of food safety and quality standards, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
