Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Specialist to join our dynamic sales team in the software industry. As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for effectively communicating with customers and providing exceptional service through various channels, including emails, calls, and our ticketing system. This role requires a strong understanding of software products and the ability to effectively address customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions.

Responsibilities:

- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries received via emails, calls, and our ticketing system.

- Provide accurate and detailed information about our software products, features, and pricing to potential customers.

- Understand customer needs and requirements, and recommend suitable software solutions to meet their specific business goals.

- Collaborate with the sales team to generate leads, qualify prospects, and close sales deals.

- Maintain a strong knowledge of our software products and stay updated on industry trends and competitors.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.

- Document all customer interactions and update relevant information in our CRM system.

- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the sales team.

Job Requirements

Requirements:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the software industry.

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively engage with customers.

- Possess a good command of English

- Strong customer service orientation and the ability to empathize with customers' needs.

- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

- Familiarity with CRM systems and ticketing systems is preferred.

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.

- Self-motivated and driven to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment.

- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
