Job Description

SHOTEC is hiring a technical sales team leader.

Role Description:

This is a full-time role for a Sales Team Leader at Shotec S.A.E. The Sales Team Leader will be responsible for managing a team, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth. The role involves developing and implementing sales strategies, analyzing market trends, building and maintaining customer relationships, and overseeing the day-to-day sales operations. The Sales Team Lead will be based in Heliopolis, Cairo.

 

Qualifications:

-Bachelor's degree in Mechanical power engineering
-5+ years experience in sales.
-Working in pumps & compressors in oil & gas applications is a plus.
-Excellent customer service skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
-Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
-Proven track record in sales and achieving targets.
-Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.

-Excellent Professional English Language Skills.

-Leaves near Heliopolis Area.
