Job Summary:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing major accounts, including world renowned brands.
This position requires strong communication skills, experience in client management, and a deep understanding of digital media advertising and social media marketing. Candidates must have solid client-facing experience.
Job Duties:
- Hands on experience with SEO/SEM and CRM software
- Experience implementing and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
- In-depth understanding of online marketing tools and social media platforms
- Experience with customer service and account management
- Manages client strategy and its implementation by the team
- Leads internal team on assignment and execution
- Manages creative strategy and production, working closely with an internal team as well as external vendors
- Works closely with the client’s marketing department, leading up to launch of the client's product or service, and ensures continuous operations
- Monitors, analyses, and optimizes social media campaigns on a weekly basis to meet established KPIs, including Social Media channel fan count, data acquisition and consumer engagement metrics

- Experience in project/account management in in a hi-tech/ advertising and/or marketing field, supervising the development, implementation and delivery of digital campaigns, applications and content
- Familiarity with Google Ads, HubSpot SW and Inbound marketing methodology.
- Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of online and social media strategies and techniques.
- Bachelors’ or higher degree in a related field.
- Project Management Knowledge is a must
- Excellent English language skills & strong grasp of Arabic language
