Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing major accounts, including world renowned brands.

This position requires strong communication skills, experience in client management, and a deep understanding of digital media advertising and social media marketing. Candidates must have solid client-facing experience.

Job Duties:

• Hands on experience with SEO/SEM and CRM software
• Experience implementing and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
• In-depth understanding of online marketing tools and social media platforms
• Experience with customer service and account management
• Manages client strategy and its implementation by the team
• Leads internal team on assignment and execution
• Manages creative strategy and production, working closely with an internal team as well as external vendors
• Works closely with the client’s marketing department, leading up to launch of the client's product or service, and ensures continuous operations
• Monitors, analyses, and optimizes social media campaigns on a weekly basis to meet established KPIs, including Social Media channel fan count, data acquisition and consumer engagement metrics
