Job Description
- Participate in studying MEP Tender packaging for HVAC, Fire and plumping
- Able to prepare Tender packaging for design and calculation built projects
- Able to prepare the technical value engineering proposals
- Coordinate and collaborate with different trades to fulfill the pricing process properly
- Negotiations with suppliers on both technical and commercial aspects of the product.
- Prepare Cost Breakdown Structure including “material, equipment, transportation, lifting, labor and
Any other needed items” by doing internal calculation sheets for all Mechanical trades
- Modify & consolidate the final tender documents technical & commercial offers per the tender
Instructions.
Job Requirements
- B.Sc., Mechanical Engineering
- Experience in the same field is highly preferred
- Excellence in MS Office
- Excellent Command of Arabic & English language.
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, Outlook and AutoCAD.
- High communication skills.
