Job Description

  • Recognize the customer needs and provide detailed information about the training services of the American Academy.
  • Explain services & prices and answer clients inquires Conduct outbound calls to promote sales and gather feedback.
  • Make a record of clients data, inquires, complaints, comments & actions taken
