Job Description
We are seeking a professional, energetic, and friendly Customer Care Consultant. Excellent communication and computer skills, flexibility, outgoing personality, and the desire to work as a team player are keys to the success of this position. - Provide excellent service to clients by answering phone calls, setting appointments, greeting clients upon arrival.
- Answer questions on products and services thoroughly and instill a sense of confidence to patients in the products and services range.
- Build relationships with patients by interacting with them over the phone and in person, in a friendly and welcoming manner.
- Ensure clients are clear on selected products use and correct application methods.
- Willingness to take client needs seriously, and to offer assistance and support wherever possible.
- Management of the front desk, and waiting area with a friendly, service-oriented attitude.
- Maintain a professional and organized front desk area (along with the other sales associates).
- Supervise staff members in maintaining a clean and organized clinic.
- Assist in administrative tasks
Job Requirements
- Customer service and sales experience are preferred.
- Must exhibit a professional telephone etiquette.
- Demonstrates good computer literacy, including the use of Microsoft Office and the ability to interact with CRM software.
- Ideal candidate should be extremely reliable with high degree of integrity
- Able to work independently/unsupervised as well as in a team environment
- Possess sound judgment skills
- Demonstrate excellent interpersonal/communications skills
