Job Description
- Maintain, review, and revise all hotels contracts and reporting systems and procedures, in consultation with the General Manager with his / her independent auditor.
- Make the comparison between the contracts received from hotels & the rates of the other competitive for the same hotel. ( we will provide him/her the rates to compare with as a guide line )
- Enter the rates of the hotels in Booking System and make reservations if necessary.
- Control the payment of all opened accounts on the reservation system & to be in a direct contact with the accounting department For invoices, payments etc….
- Work with his team work in a great atmosphere & upgrade their skills gradually.
- Make a monthly report about the staff & their capabilities & deliver it to the general manager.
- Make a report to the general manager requiring if any one of the staff need to take special courses which will be useful to the company use.
- Create the codes in the system for hotels, agents, transfers, etc…..
- Checking the supplier’s codes which entered by them if there any wrong information & accordingly correct it & inform the supplier about the new codes.
- Maintain and monitor all contracts entered into by the suppliers.
- Ensure that all required information and signatures are obtained prior to the start of the contract work period.
