- Interviewing Teachers.
- Teachers Training: Introduction to new methods of teaching / Feedback / Outcomes.
- Annual employees Evaluation.
- Managing the outsourcing issues.
- Development of Curriculam Feedback and evaluation.
- Annual Action Plan and the final Accreditation report based on the international standards.
- Prepare the annual book and resources order.
- Developing the work environment into more sustainable environment.
- Teacher Training coordination with CIE to prepare teachers for CICTT and CIDTT.
- Responsible for Examination and Control unit
Job Requirements
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- At least 10 years of management experience in an international school setting (preferably the Middle East).
- A good degree and a teaching qualification, with a proven track record as a successful teacher
- Administrative experience / competence and computer literacy.
- Experience with Cambridge International Examinations (CIE).
