Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Service and support existing and new clients
- Advise clients on new services and close deals
- Be an expert on our products and services
- Increase revenue and retention rate for your accounts
- Prepare reporting and account documentation
- Work directly with client decision-makers
- Most support / sales is done in office (email / phones) but large accounts may require on-site visits.
- Generate new leads to increase the number of accounts
- Handel the account from the moment of the order received til the the clients' payments
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferably in marketing
- Strong client service skills. (Love to help mentality)
- Fluent English.
- Exceptional communication skills (face-to-face, email, chat, and on the phone)
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus
- Previous experience with internet services is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Giza residence are prefered
