Job Description
- Set Export objectives & action Plan.
- Prepare marketing Strategy in coordination with marketing department.
- Manage product portfolio and Monitor expenses.
- Assess Product Performance achievement.
- Identify & meet customer needs and maintain customer network relation.
- Review market research & competition
- Prepare annual sales promotion plan.
- Relation with medical bodies & Institution in target area.
- Review sales team achievement and budget
- Manage territories & classify customer.
- Analyze achievements versus target.
- Coaching whole sales agreements & contracts.
- Achieve profit margin.
- Maintain good relation with existing customers.
- Get feedback on customer business development.
Job Requirements
- Good experience in Export for food products
- Should have highly developed skill & knowledge in marketing strategies/ product portfolio management must have highly developed knowledge & skills in product specification - benefits opportunities & strengths.
- Good knowledge & skill in design commercial policy, pricing, credit) knowledge of MIS data / research methodologies
- Good knowledge of facilitation & co-ordination cross function / coaching & feedback skill.
- Exceptional knowledge & skill in customer driven / result oriented
- Good knowledge & skill in selling techniques.
- Knowledge of distribution & product warehouse (inventory control – stock level)
- Good knowledge of collection & credit policy
- Knowledge and skill in sales promotion.
