Job Description

  • Assists in hiring process by coordinating job posting on Web site, reviewing resumes, performing telephone & face-face interviews and reference checks.
  • Conduct orientation sessions with new employees.
  • Maintains personnel files in compliance with applicable legal requirements.
  • Keeps employee records up-to-date by processing employee status changes in timely fashion.
  • Develop employee performance appraisals

Job Requirements

  • University graduate with some college or academic coursework preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a human resource department.
  • Knowledge of procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records, stenography and transcription, designing forms, and other office procedures and terminology.
  • High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations and documentation.
  • Excellent communication skills & time management skills.
  • Good to excellent spelling & grammar.
