Job Description
- Training the end users on the services/applications
- Deploy new services/applications
- Providing onsite support to end users
- Perform any job-related task or command assigned by direct manager/ supervisor
- Handling clients relations and understanding clients’ needs
- Setting up forms and questionnaires for clients subscriptions.
- Assisting clients in filling technical forms and questionnaires
Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor Degree Required, Information Technology/Accounting Degree is preferred
- Strong Computer Skills is a must
- Previous experience in ATM/POS or e-payments is preferred.
- Must be a resident of Suez
