Job Description

  • Develop and manage portfolio of mass sourcing channels and campaigns according to a specific advertising budget
  • Network within the community to implement creative recruiting strategies
  • Recruiting to be performed continiously in a way that a proper database containing information about potential candidates can be created and maintained as an important source for prospects
  • Handel the internal and external sources efficiently such as and not limited to:
Media Campaigns:

- Billboards
- Flyers and Brochures
- Giveaways
- Banners
- Newspaper and Magazines Ads
- TV Ads
- Radio Spots
- Online Job Boards
- Social Networks

Field Recruitment

- Job Fairs
- Universities
- Embassies
- Educational and Career Centers
- Cultural Centers
- Recruitment Agencies
- NGOs
- Studnts Models
- Outdoor Places

  • Develop a strong and ongoing in-house referrals program preferably not linked to compensation or referral bonus
  • Responsible for all related invoices payments coordination
  • Prioritize the recruiting sources depending on cost and effectiveness and guarantee a recruiting dedicated budget according to the most effective sources based on analysis communicated by the HR Business Partner
  • Responsible for publicity for new engagements, in various sources of publicity, that being in process.
  • Make sure Recruiting sources are aligned to the current company’s marketing branding released in My.Teleperformance
  • Supervise and manage the Data Entry and Validation Team making sure of:
  • Creating and maintaining an updated database of potential candidates with their contact details as well as all profile related information
  • Clearly identify in the database each contact’s recruiting source in order to recognize and take advantage of the most effective ones
  • Review job applicants, CV's and classify them according to job categories
  • Other duties as assinged

Job Requirements

  • Fluency in English is a must.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Minimum of 2 year Experience in Recruitment.
  • College/University Certificate or equivalent.
  • Flexibitly for off site meetings.
  • Having a car is preferable.
