Job Functions:
- Coordination and execution of accounts payable and accounts receivable activities, including payables entry, filing, and processing receipts.
- Executes special assignments or tasks with moderate supervision
- Various administrative tasks, including mailings, typing correspondence, report preparation, faxing, etc.
- Perform document preparation and management.
- Prepare expense report payments.
Job Requirements
- BSc Degree in Accounting or related field.
- Minimum of 1+ years of previous
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, attention to detail and strong organizationalskills, especially in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
- Ability to organize and prioritize numerous tasks and complete them under time constraints; strong organizational skills.
