Job Description

-Install and support company software to external clients with maximum client satisfaction.
-Support end users in all IT related issues (software, hardware, network, OS, applications).
-Develop and maintain documents on architecture and configuration for internal staff and for our clients.
-Actively log and maintain IT task on helpdesk system.
-Maintain, and troubleshoot IT Systems (MS Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, ISA, TMG, MS Exchange, Symantec BackupExec, MS Data Protection Manager, WSUS, MS Forefront, MS Endpoint, Linux Servers, Cisco switches VLAN, VoIP systems , Database Systems).

Job Requirements

Skills:

  • Excellent Communication, Team Work, Time Management, Problem solving skills.Very good written and spoken English.Very good interpersonal and customer care skills and working in multitasks
  • Hard worker.Hand on experience in Microsoft systems, and SQL Administration.MCSE, MCSA, or MCITP (is a must).
  • SQL DB Admin and working on Sybase SQL server (is a good PLUS)Certified CCNA (PLUS)2 - 5 years of IT professional experience.

  • Bachelor degree in Engineering or Computer science
