Job Description
- Monitor and track Company KPIs to ensure adherence to overall strategy.
- Study process bottlenecks and analyze data to improve Process flow and plant layout.
- Eliminate or minimize all kinds of wastes to ensure maximum utilization
- Provide the necessary CI training and awareness for all functions levels in order to deploy continuous improvement culture.
- Implement lean manufacture tools, six sigma and suggest systems to standardize working procedures.
- Select, form and manage cross functional improvement teams all over the organization, to spread improvement culture
- Motivate and encourage evoking new Ideas for improvement to activate creativity and encourage participation and employee involvement.
- Gather, evaluate and propose projects to the Top management to secure support and approved resources
- Manage and monitor projects development to achieve targets and deadlines
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
Bsc. of Engineering; mechanical, electrical & material science.
Experience:
2 years experience in FMCG
