Job Description

We are looking for a high-performing Bulk Account Supervisor with a pharmaceutical background to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets.

You will be responsible for managing our portfolio to ensure business growth per account and managing customer relationships:

 

  • Provide clients smooth onboarding process for Key accounts
  • Manage customer relationships for key accounts and remain in daily contact with clients to understand their needs and overcome any issues that may hinder the quality of service
  • Monitoring client’s performance (Conversion rates) and introducing monthly service assessments and reviews for the team
  • Respond to complaints and resolve issues aiming at customer contentment and satisfaction on a day-to-day basis for the team.
  • Following up on payments, and service alteration negotiations promptly ensuring regular flow for the entire team 
  • Unearth new sales opportunities through cross-selling and turn them into long-term partnerships (Expanding the database of contact information such as families, and pensioners) for the team.
  • Coordinate with different stakeholders internally to execute the deliverables of the team.
  • Organizing regular client meetings to ensure excellent customer service. 
  • Preparing and presenting proposals 
  • Negotiating terms and conditions with key accounts 
  • Collaborating with key decision-makers to identify opportunities and develop ideas that deliver sales results
  • Develop and maintain client reports for major accounts. 

Extra Responsibilities

  • Lead the team under his/her supervision.
  • Establish KPIs for the team members
  • Allocate new accounts and tasks to team members
  • Monitor team performance and give guidance 
  • Provide strategic insight to clients’ programs
  • Oversee execution, analysis and optimization of the onboarding process
  • Report on activities and accounts to the Account manager and relevant stakeholders
  • Develop an account management plan to meet business objectives.
  • Quarterly performance review for the team

Job Requirements

  • 5+Years of experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Medicine / Pharmacy
  • Fluency of English Language
  • Well-versed with Computer Skills and Microsoft Office
