Job Description:
- Follow up on spare parts requests with customers and suppliers through emails and phone calls.
- Update Company’s database with required reports and information gathered.
- Handling documents organization & filing systems.
- Handling incoming and outgoing correspondences.
- Organizing company’s meetings in/out the office.
- Organizing principals delegates visits schedule & reservations.
- Handling minutes and follows up on the action plan with all department heads.
- Coordination between suppliers, UD staff, and customers.
- Typing commercial letters in English & Arabic.
- Translating commercial letters from Arabic to English and vice versa.

Job Requirements
- FEMALE ONLY!
- EXCELLENT ENGLISH IS A MUST!
- B.Sc. Commerce, B.A. Business Administration, B.A. Arts, B.A. Linguistics.
- Commercial Experience is an important asset.
- Excellent English and Arabic Typing.
- Excellent Computer Skills & excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Good Experience in translating “commercial” letters from Arabic to English.
- Previous experience in Commercial Agencies and trading offices is preferred.
- High Experience in office organization & filing Systems.
- Fast, Self-Motivated, and Organized.
