The project manager is responsible for the project success in terms of achieving all project phases with high quality, minimum cost, and within the project time frame.
Identifies Resources needed and assigns individual responsibilities to carry out the project deliverable successfully with complete customer satisfaction.
Manages day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope to ensure of applying the company project management methodology on all project deliverable to be complete, verified, accurate, current, and stored appropriately.
The Project Manager is responsible to construct, advice, lead, follow-up, and motivate the project team members to work together in the most efficient manner and with fullest potential.
Ensures effective communication with the stakeholders to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions.
It is the responsibility of the Project Manager to secure acceptance and approval of deliverable from the customers.
