Job Description
- Visit offices of Architects and Builders to learn their plans to stay informed regarding potential opportunities for Schindler and market prospect in NI Business.
- Handle the customers' requests for quotations.
- Make offers, projects & tenders.
- Record all relevant account and contract details into the appropriate systems and complete the necessary documentation.
- Work jointly with the application engineers to check technical specifications of complex NI tenders/contracts.
- Fill in properly all the necessary documents during process of offer and order stages in coordination with other departments (ADF’s) acquisition data forms.
- Guarantee the collection of money of the advance payment of all the sales projects.
- Negotiate contract conditions according to Schindler policy.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering Mechanical or Electrical
- Excellent English Language is a Must
- Good communication skills
- Customer orientation
