Job Description

Main Duties:

  • Managing and performing daily administrative & secretarial duties and operations with regards to setting work priorities.
  • Responsible for sending, receiving faxes and E-mails.
  • Provide daily & weekly reports for the Relationship Managers.
  • Maintaining and updating filling system for all users Department administrative activities.
  • Taking minutes of meeting for various management meetings.
  • To inform all customers about the benefits and features of Waya Corp. customer.
  • Taking Managing Director Appointments and maintaining up-to-Date agenda.
  • Coordinates tasks with other administration staff to improve the Company’s performance.
  • Good ability to adopt new systems and work under stress & pressure.
  • Conferring with the HR Director to identify the personal needs job specifications, job duties , qualifications and skills needed.
  • Resolve clients complaints to provide full satisfaction the clients.
  • Managed all hotels & Airlines booking for the General Manager.
  • Taking any orders for equipment & stationary for all departments in the company.
  • Handling all the procedures of  making all Advertisements for the company.
  • Be flexible in the working hours according to the work needs.
  • Oversee the maintenance of office equipments (Computers, faxes, copiers….).

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • The candidate should have a previous experience 3 to 5 years in the same position with reputable organization.
  • Excellent time management
  • Strong Technical skills and problem solving techniques
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Computer literate
