Job Description
Main Duties:
- Managing and performing daily administrative & secretarial duties and operations with regards to setting work priorities.
- Responsible for sending, receiving faxes and E-mails.
- Provide daily & weekly reports for the Relationship Managers.
- Maintaining and updating filling system for all users Department administrative activities.
- Taking minutes of meeting for various management meetings.
- To inform all customers about the benefits and features of Waya Corp. customer.
- Taking Managing Director Appointments and maintaining up-to-Date agenda.
- Coordinates tasks with other administration staff to improve the Company’s performance.
- Good ability to adopt new systems and work under stress & pressure.
- Conferring with the HR Director to identify the personal needs job specifications, job duties , qualifications and skills needed.
- Resolve clients complaints to provide full satisfaction the clients.
- Managed all hotels & Airlines booking for the General Manager.
- Taking any orders for equipment & stationary for all departments in the company.
- Handling all the procedures of making all Advertisements for the company.
- Be flexible in the working hours according to the work needs.
- Oversee the maintenance of office equipments (Computers, faxes, copiers….).
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- The candidate should have a previous experience 3 to 5 years in the same position with reputable organization.
- Excellent time management
- Strong Technical skills and problem solving techniques
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Computer literate
