Job Description
- Create your own source and develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need.
- Arrange interviews and make any necessary arrangements for pre-employment checks and test, deal with all routine. Correspondence to applicants, including writing to successful and unsuccessful job applicants.
- Post openings in different places and advertisements, with professional organizations and in other positions appropriate venues.
- Headhunting
- Identifying and approaching suitable candidates
- Review resumes credentials for appropriateness of skills, experience and knowledge in relation to position requirements.
- Conduct Initial phone interviews with complete, accurate, and inspiring information to candidates about the company and position.
- Interview the candidates using the face to face method based on Competencies Based Interview.
- Fully Orient the accepted candidates from our side to be well prepared before the final interview.
- Confirm the final interview date and time and follow up with the candidates.
- Filing the candidate’s applications.
- Calibrating the interviews with the client.
- Representing the Company in employment fairs and any public events.
Job Requirements
- Both genders.
- Bachelor degree or equivalent.
- Ex international call center is preferable.
- Fluent in English.
- Perfect communication skills.
- Excellent computer proficiency (MS office-Word, Excel, and outlook).
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Interested in temporary project for 6 months
